Most CRE attorneys handle either the transactional side or the securities side. We do both, with a tax background underneath it all. One firm, one point of contact, no juggling three different attorneys to get a deal done.
But what really sets us apart is how we work with clients. Whether you're structuring your first JV or scaling into your next fund, we go beyond legal advice and bring practical, business-minded guidance to every deal.
As one client put it: "Swafford Law is a crucial part of our broader team and has been invaluable far beyond simply drafting legal documents. They consistently bring practical, business-minded advice to the table, and they've made us a stronger organization as a result."
