Who is this training for?

This training is for busy professionals and business owners who use ChatGPT or Claude for quick questions, research, or drafts and want to turn one recurring task into a process they can reuse.

The session begins at the beginner level.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is a saved set of instructions that handles one defined job. You give it the information to use, the rules to follow, and the output to produce.

Each time you run it, the agent follows that process again.

How does an agent save me time?

The time comes from reuse. You define the process once and keep it ready for the next time the job returns.

Your attention goes to checking the result and improving the instructions as needed.

Do I need technical experience?

The walkthrough uses plain English inside Claude and requires no coding.
